Because our products are research compounds where integrity and storage conditions matter, we apply the following policy. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged, incorrect, or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, email info@purepeptideslabs.net within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Change of mind
For product integrity and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored products. Unopened products in their original sealed condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, excluding shipping, at our discretion.
Lost or delayed orders
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate the parcel or arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Orders we cancel
If we cancel an order, for example because a product may be used other than for research, you will receive a full refund.
