These Terms and Conditions govern your use of purepeptideslabs.net and any purchase from Pure Peptides Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Research use only
All products sold by Pure Peptides Labs are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory and analytical research. By purchasing, you confirm and agree that:
- the products will be used only for lawful laboratory research by suitably qualified persons;
- the products will not be administered to, ingested by, injected into, or otherwise used on humans or animals;
- the products will not be used for clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, food, or personal purposes;
- you will not resell the products for human or animal use, or represent them as fit for such use.
Our products are not therapeutic goods, have not been evaluated by the TGA or FDA, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this website is medical advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from this website. We may refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe a product may be used other than for legitimate research, or where these terms have been breached.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for handling, storing, and disposing of products safely, in line with standard laboratory practice and all laws and regulations that apply to you, including import rules in your country.
4. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). An order is accepted only when we dispatch it. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
5. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and for confirming the products may be lawfully imported.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.
7. Product information
Product descriptions summarise published scientific literature for research reference only. They are not claims about the effect of any product on humans or animals.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse of our products or use contrary to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
